"Each individual is on their own personal physical literacy journey" (Whitehead. 2010: 42). Physical Literacy is a lifelong participation in physical activity. Here, the illustration showcases the different phases of life, what's important at each phase, and how this journey evolves as per age and physical competencies. It also highlights the importance of various environments which are an important aspect of Physical Literacy Journey.
